Hydrant flushing

There will be hydrant flushing throughout the City of Williamston in spring/summer months.

Hydrant flushing is done during the day.

Please be sure your water is running clear before you do laundry (especially light colors or whites).

Hydrant flushing is done to ensure the water system is functioning properly and can handle fighting a fire.
